Welcome to our Summer Strength Series
Get Strong - Lift Heavy - Feel Amazing 

I'm so glad you chose to join our women's strength training class!  This summer, we’re building more than just strength — we’re creating habits, confidence, and momentum that will carry you forward. This guide will help you get started and make the most of your Summer Strength Series.

Step 1

Complete the Questionnaire

Your first task is to complete the Summer Strength Questionnaire. This helps me tailor the program to your unique needs and goals.

  • Use this link to access the questionnaire.

  • Submit the questionnaire as soon as possible so we can move on to your assessment call.

Step 2

Schedule Your  Assessment Call

Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, it’s time to book your call. During this call, we’ll:

  • Review your goals and fitness level.

  • Customize your workouts to meet you where you are.

  • Answer any questions you have as you prepare for the summer strength series.

Program Overview

  • Start Date: Monday, June 16

  • End Date: Friday, August 1

  • Schedule: M/W/F at 6:30 AM or 8:00 AM

  • Location: Solara Studio in Ashland

  • Investment: $275 for 7 weeks

Your Training Program Access:

All workouts will be delivered through a user-friendly web app where you can track your progress, view your training plan, and access video demos. You’ll receive your personalized program link after our assessment call, so I can tailor everything to suit your body and goals.

 

While we’ll be training together, the app will be your personal space to log results from each lift. Since this program is all about progressively challenging your body in a healthy, sustainable way, tracking each detail—whether you go heavier, lighter, or modify an exercise—helps us make informed adjustments and keep you moving forward safely and effectively.

What to Expect Each Week:

Weeks 1–3: Foundations + Program Build-Out

  • Week 1: All 3 sessions are trainer-led. We’ll dial in your form, make any modifications, and ensure you feel confident with your program.

  • Weeks 2 & 3: 2 trainer-led sessions + 1 open/self-guided session (can be done at Solara Studio, at home, or while traveling).

 

Weeks 4–6: Lift Heavier & Progress

  • Week 4: New training phase begins with all 3 sessions trainer-led.

  • Weeks 5 & 6: 2 trainer-led sessions + 1 open/self-guided session.

 

Week 7: Make-Up & Open Gym Week

  • Use this week to get in any workouts you missed over the summer or drop in for extra support.

Group Chat on WhatsApp

We’ll use WhatsApp to stay connected, offer encouragement, and share tips and tutorials (especially helpful for Android users who can’t receive videos via text). I’ll be sending weekly updates, form checks, and helpful reminders to keep us all motivated.
