Tamara knows how to train and coach people targeting areas and mixing it up. You will gain strength and be agile but most of all you will have team mates and a fun environment. Be prepared to sweat and have fun!

Tamara is an attentive personalized trainer. She watches my form and ensures that she gives me modifications for areas of chronic pain. Her programing is constantly varied and so I never get bored! Even though I have been into fitness classes my whole adult life, I still am trying new.moves with Tamara that I have never tried before!

Tamara is my favorite of all favorites for Aqua aerobics.  I wish she would teach every day of the week.  At my age sometimes it seems like I'm having one surgery or hip replacement after another and Aqua class is the only class I can really get a full workout in.  I love her playlists and she has so much energy!  Oh, to be young again!
