Summer Yoga Flow
This summer we'll spend five weeks exploring a progressive yoga flow practice that builds on itself week after week.
Beginning with foundational yoga movement patterns and adding new layers of challenge, you'll have the opportunity to move with greater ease, confidence, balance, and presence while deepening your connection between breath and movement.
Expect an energizing blend of flowing movement, mindful challenge, core activation, and deep restoration—leaving you feeling both grounded and refreshed.
Drop-ins are welcome, but students who attend the full series will experience the greatest benefit as the practice evolves over time.
Best suited for students who are comfortable transitioning between the floor and standing and who enjoy a moderately challenging yoga practice.

EVOLVE - Strength Training
EVOLVE is a small-group strength training program designed for women 35+ who want to build lean muscle, improve body composition, increase bone density, and create lasting strength for life.
Through progressive training phases, you'll lift with intention, track your workouts in the app, and build strength that compounds month after month.
With hands-on coaching, personalized exercise modifications, and a supportive community of women beside you, you'll see meaningful improvements in strength, mobility, confidence, muscle tone, and overall health.
Nutrition coaching is woven throughout the program—from learning your macros to building fueling habits that support muscle growth, energy, recovery, and hormonal health.

Yin Yoga
