Small Group Strength Training
Get the benefits of personalized training with the added perk of group motivation! Our small-group training classes run in 6 week sessions.
Programing is designed to help you build lean muscle, burn calories and improve bone health while emphasizing proper weight training techniques.
Through strength training you will see improvements in muscle definition, balance, mobility and stamina as we take your fitness to the next level.
Each class builds on the last and is appropriate for every age & level of fitness.

Pilates / Yoga Flow
Pilates/Yoga Flow is an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core.
Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full-body fitness journey.

Barre Burn
Shape, tone and strengthen your body in our mindfully intense, pre-choreographed Bar-less Barre class.
Barre Burn uses an athletic approach fusing together Pilates, Dance & Yoga that will leave you sweating. We use a Body Barre, dumbbells, therabands, and inflatable Pilates balls for a full body burn!

Aqua Fitness
AquaFit combines the fat burning benefits of high intensity interval training and the low impact benefits of pool workouts. Improve your fitness, stay cool, and be prepared to work hard!
AquaFit is offered during summer months in Ashland & year-round at Superior Athletic Club in Medford.

Tamara is my favorite of all favorites for Aqua aerobics. I wish she would teach every day of the week. At my age sometimes it seems like I'm having one surgery or hip replacement after another and Aqua class is the only class I can really get a full workout in.
