EVOLVE Foundations

EVOLVE Foundations gives you two in-person strength sessions each week (plus an optional third you can do at home, in the gym, or while traveling).

Designed for women 30+, this program focuses on building strength, confidence, and movement quality during the golden decade before peri-menopause — when consistent strength training has an outsized impact on long-term bone density, metabolism, and hormonal resilience.

​

You’ll follow structured, progressive workouts that repeat week-to-week so you can build strength you can see and feel — without a long-term commitment. Every exercise is customized to your movement needs, and you’ll track your weights and reps inside the app so you always know exactly how to progress.

Perfect for women who want consistency, support, and results — with the flexibility of shorter training blocks.

EVOLVE is a three-day-per-week, small-group strength training program built for women 40+ who want a deeper, more transformative training journey.

​

Across eight months and multiple progressive phases, you’ll lift with intention, track your progress inside the app, and build strength that compounds from month to month.

 

With consistent hands-on coaching, personalized movement modifications, and a supportive group of women beside you, you’ll see real changes in muscle tone, confidence, mobility, and overall health.

​

Nutrition coaching is woven throughout the program — from learning your macros to building fueling habits that support muscle, energy, and hormonal health during peri- and post-menopause.

 

Perfect for women who want long-term structure, meaningful progression, and a training routine that becomes part of their lifestyle.

Yin Yoga

A slow, meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to gently stretch deep connective tissues, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system.
Perfect for cultivating mindfulness and restoring balance in both body and mind.

Roll & Recover

A restorative blend of foam rolling, mobility work, and guided stretching designed to release tight muscles, increase flexibility, and support post-workout recovery.
