How Remote Training Works:

 

You don’t need to live nearby—or train in person multiple times a week—to work with me.

Through the THRIVE program, you’ll train in focused 4-week coaching blocks that keep your workouts structured, progressive, and personalized — no matter where you are. Whether you’re training at home, in a gym, or on the go, your workouts are delivered through a user-friendly app and adjusted based on your goals, body, and lifestyle.

    Every THRIVE block is customized around your goals, equipment, and fitness level, then updated as you progress. Each 4-week cycle builds strength, mobility, and confidence through purposeful, results-driven training.

    You’ll never be left wondering if you’re doing it right. Check-in video calls (or hybrid sessions in person) provide feedback, motivation, and accountability throughout every Thrive block.

    • Remote Only: Train on your schedule, anywhere, with access to coaching via the app and regular check-ins.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between remote training and hybrid training? Remote training is completely online—you’ll train on your own schedule with app-based workouts and virtual check-ins. Hybrid training adds occasional in-person sessions at Solara Studio (weekly or monthly), which is perfect if you want hands-on form checks, technique help, or a motivational reset.

How do check-ins work? We will do check-ins via chat or video call on our training app. You’ll also have the option to send in form check videos, ask questions, and get real-time feedback so you always know you’re on the right track.

What if I have injuries or health conditions? Every program is customized with your safety and history in mind. We’ll work within your current ability and build from there.

How long are the workouts? Thrive programs include three optional workouts per week, each taking about 30–60 minutes depending on your schedule and pace. Every session is designed to be flexible — so you can get an effective workout whether you have half an hour or a full hour to train.

What if I travel a lot? No problem! Many of my clients travel frequently. Your training plan can be designed to adapt to wherever you are — with or without equipment. You’ll have access to your workouts through a mobile app or printable format, and we can shift check-ins or live sessions around your travel schedule. If you're going to be gone for longer, you always have the option to pause your Thrive programming and come back to it when you're settled. Flexibility is built into the process so you can stay consistent, even on the go.

Can you help me with nutrition too? Yes! I offer personalized macro guidance and habit-based coaching as well. We’ll talk about how food supports your training and build sustainable strategies around your preferences, goals, and lifestyle.
