Remote & Hybrid Training

Train Smarter. From Anywhere.

How Remote Training Works:

You don’t need to live nearby—or train in person multiple times a week—to work with me.

Remote and hybrid training gives you access to expert support and personalized strength programming, wherever you are. Whether you're training at home, in a gym, or traveling, your workouts are delivered through a user-friendly app and adjusted based on your body, goals, and life.

What You Get:

  • Customized Strength Programming
Designed around your goals, equipment, limitations, and fitness level—then adjusted as your needs evolve.

  • Ongoing Expert Support
You’ll never be left wondering if you’re doing it right. Check-in video calls (or hybrid sessions in person) provide feedback, motivation, and accountability.

  • Training, Not Just Workouts
Every exercise has a purpose, every week builds on the last. This is progressive strength training designed for real results—not just sweat.

  • Flexible Format

    • Remote Only: Train on your schedule, anywhere, with access to coaching via the app and regular video check-ins.

    • Hybrid: Combine remote programming with in-person sessions at Solara Studio (weekly or monthly) for hands-on feedback and adjustments.

  • Responsive Adjustments
Get injured? Traveling? Equipment unavailable? Your program can be modified quickly so you don’t lose momentum or risk further strain.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between remote training and hybrid training? Remote training is completely online—you’ll train on your own schedule with app-based workouts and virtual check-ins. Hybrid training adds occasional in-person sessions at Solara Studio (weekly or monthly), which is perfect if you want hands-on form checks, technique help, or a motivational reset.

How do check-ins work? We can check in via text, email, or video call—whatever works best for you. You’ll also have the option to send in form check videos, ask questions, and get real-time feedback so you always know you’re on the right track.

What if I have injuries or health conditions? Every program is customized with your safety and history in mind. We’ll work within your current ability and build from there.

How long are the workouts? That depends on your goals and schedule, but most clients start with 30–45 minute sessions, 2-3 times a week. We’ll find a rhythm that’s realistic for your life—and still gets results.

What if I travel a lot? No problem! Many of my clients travel frequently. Your training plan can be designed to adapt to wherever you are — with or without equipment. You’ll have access to your workouts through a mobile app or printable format, and we can shift check-ins or live sessions around your travel schedule. Flexibility is built into the process so you can stay consistent, even on the go.

Can you help me with nutrition too? Yes! I offer personalized macro guidance and habit-based coaching as well. We’ll talk about how food supports your training and build sustainable strategies around your preferences, goals, and lifestyle.

Do I have to wait for a new group training challenge to start working with you? Not at all! If you’re signing up for 1:1 remote coaching, you can start anytime. Group challenges, on the other hand, run in 6–8 week sessions with set start dates.

"I have several wins from this remote group challenge….3 workouts a week, going outside my comfort zone and trying new exercises, speaking up when I had knee pain or couldn’t do something bc of my should and finding alternative exercises…not just giving up since I can’t do this or that and learning how important rests are between sets."

"I feel stronger and more confident in that strength. While I would have liked to have lost a few pounds, that wasn't the priority of this. I was able to challenge myself and go to a yoga class that I was insecure about because I had more confidence in my own strength."
