How We Work Together
Every training journey begins with a consultation call. This helps me understand your goals, lifestyle, and preferences — and gives us both a chance to see if we’re a good fit to work together.

From there, we’ll schedule your initial assessment, which includes:

A conversation about your goals, habits, injuries, and history

A basic movement screen to assess mobility, posture, and strength

An optional InBody scan to get a clear picture of your body composition — including muscle mass, body fat %, and more
This session lays the groundwork for your personalized training plan.

What to Expect
No matter your fitness level, we start by building a strong foundation with an emphasis on core activation, joint prep, overall stability, and strength — so your body moves better and feels stronger.
​
Once that foundation is solidified, we’ll work in 4-week Thrive blocks, with workouts centered on strength, mobility, balance, progressive overload and conditioning. Each plan adapts to your goals, schedule, and available equipment—whether you train from home, the gym, or on the go.
You’ll have the flexibility to train on your own or add in-person sessions whenever you want extra guidance. You can also build in extra workout days anytime your goals or schedule shift.

Ways to Train with Me:
Every woman in the Thrive program works with me through the same 4-week training framework — but how you experience it is up to you. You can follow the Thrive program on your own, or add 1:1 sessions with me whenever you’d like a little extra guidance and support.

What 1:1 Training Looks Like
How often we meet is completely up to you.

Some women come in once a month for an in-person comprehensive session to review their current 4-week block & get immediate feedback for improvements and modifications.

Others prefer 1–3 sessions per week, especially in the beginning, to focus on form, mobility, and confidence with their lifts.

Many choose to train at Solara Studio when they don’t have access to gym equipment at home—or simply prefer the focused studio setting.
No matter how often we meet, each session is customized to your needs that day and designed to help you Thrive!

Add-On Specialized Sessions:

Assisted Stretching: 30- or 60-minute sessions to improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery. Can be added to your regular training or booked as a standalone session.

Aquatic Therapy: 30- or 60-minute sessions in the pool, designed to reduce joint stress, improve mobility, and support rehabilitation.

Your Thrive Membership is billed automatically every 4 weeks for seamless continuity. You’re free to pause or cancel any time — no contracts!

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I only want 1:1 sessions at Solara Studio? Meeting with me in person is one of my favorite ways to train, too! You’re welcome to purchase a 10-pack of in-person sessions for a fully hands-on experience. No app, no homework—just focused, customized training time together at the studio.
Can I use my training package for Assisted Stretch or Aquatic Therapy sessions? Assisted Stretching and Aquatic Therapy have their own separate add-on options. That said, I often incorporate Assisted Stretching into many of my 60-minute in-person training sessions. If you’d like to try it, simply book a 60-minute session and let me know — we can include some assisted stretching as part of your workout.
What if I have injuries or health conditions? Every program is customized with your safety and history in mind. We’ll work within your current ability and build from there.
What does the InBody scan do? It gives us a snapshot of body composition—muscle mass, fat percentage, visceral fat, and metabolic rate—so we can track progress over time beyond the scale. Keep in min, the scan is optional!
What if I travel a lot? No problem! Many of my clients travel frequently. Your training plan can be designed to adapt to wherever you are — with or without equipment. You’ll have access to your workouts through a mobile app or printable format, and we can shift check-ins or live sessions around your travel schedule. Flexibility is built into the process so you can stay consistent & thrive, even on the go.
