How Thrive Works:

  • Thrive is a monthly training membership program

  • Your program runs in personalized 4-week blocks

  • You can train on your own, in a class, or 1:1

  • You only pay for the support you use

Getting Started with Thrive:

 

New clients begin with a Thrive Foundations Session.
This session helps me understand your goals, movement patterns, and training history so I can create the right plan for you.

Includes:

  • Goal & health history conversation

  • Basic movement screen

  • Program & app overview

  • Optional InBody scan

Existing Solara Studio clients may not need this session.

What to Expect:

No matter your fitness level, we start by building a strong foundation so your body moves better and feels stronger.

​We train with:

  • Progressive strength training (not random workouts)

  • Core activation, joint prep, and stability

  • Programs that adapt to your goals, schedule, and equipment

  • Designed for training at home, in the gym, or on the go

Every 4-week block builds on the last — so you always know what to do next.

Ways to Train with Me:

All Thrive members follow the same training framework - how you experience it is up to you.

  • Train independently using your personalized program

  • Join small-group classes (space permitting)

  • Add 1:1 sessions for hands-on coaching

  • Use open gym times when available

Live sessions are optional and added separately — there’s no required weekly meeting.

Pricing Overview

Your Thrive training plan refreshes every 4 weeks, right as your next customized program is released. This ensures your workouts, progress, and support continue without interruption. You can pause or cancel anytime — no contracts!

  • Thrive Program: $99 / month (In-person training sessions, classes, and open gym access are added separately.)

  • Thrive Foundations Session: $65 (Required for new clients)

​

1:1 Coaching Sessions (Add-On)

  • 30-minute session: $35

  • 60-minute session: $65

  • Small Group Training: $17.50 per class (Space Permitting)

Sessions are optional and can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or as needed

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I only want 1:1 sessions at Solara Studio? Meeting with me in person is one of my favorite ways to train, too! You’re welcome to purchase a 10-pack of in-person sessions for a fully hands-on experience. No app, no homework—just focused, customized training time together at the studio.

Can I use my training package for Assisted Stretch or Aquatic Therapy sessions? Assisted Stretching and Aquatic Therapy have their own separate add-on options. That said, I often incorporate Assisted Stretching into many of my 60-minute in-person training sessions. If you’d like to try it, simply book a 60-minute session and let me know — we can include some assisted stretching as part of your workout.

What if I have injuries or health conditions? Every program is customized with your safety and history in mind. We’ll work within your current ability and build from there.

What does the InBody scan do? It gives us a snapshot of body composition—muscle mass, fat percentage, visceral fat, and metabolic rate—so we can track progress over time beyond the scale. Keep in min, the scan is optional!

What if I travel a lot? No problem! Many of my clients travel frequently. Your training plan can be designed to adapt to wherever you are — with or without equipment. You’ll have access to your workouts through a mobile app or printable format, and we can shift check-ins or live sessions around your travel schedule. Flexibility is built into the process so you can stay consistent & thrive, even on the go.

Can I book just 1-2 training sessions instead of a full 4 weeks? I completely understand wanting a couple of sessions to fine-tune form or get new ideas! But what I’ve seen over the years is that real progress comes from consistent, structured training — not single sessions. That’s why I work in 4-week Thrive blocks. They give you the time, structure, and support to actually see change and build confidence in your lifts.
