Summer’s almost here, and I’m excited to share what’s happening at Solara Studio! Whether you want to lift heavy, move mindfully, or follow a flexible plan from anywhere, there’s something for you.
In addition to the group class options below, I will be opening up more days/times for personal training. If you have questions about which option is best for you, reach out.

⏰ Tues/Wed/Thurs at 6:30 AM or 8:30 AM
📍 Solara Studio – Ashland
💰 $280 (includes 2 classes/ week (or 16 total classes) & unlimited open gyms!

Start your day with a 60-minute full-body class that blends yoga, Pilates, and breathwork for mobility, flexibility, balance, and core strength.
💫 Emotive music and mindful, breath-led movement guide you through a progressive series week to week.💫 Best results come from joining the full 6-week series, but drop-ins are welcome!
