Summer’s almost here, and I’m excited to share what’s happening at Solara Studio! Whether you want to lift heavy, move mindfully, or follow a flexible plan from anywhere, there’s something for you.


In addition to the group class options below, I will be opening up more days/times for personal training. If you have questions about which option is best for you, reach out.

🔥 SUMMER STRENGTH SERIES 🔥

📅 June 16 – August 1 (7 Weeks)

⏰ Mon/Wed/Fri at 6:30 AM or 8:00 AM

📍 Solara Studio – Ashland

💰 $275 (includes bonus make-up week!)

👥 Max 7 participants per class

Tuesdays at 8:30 AM

💰 $15 Drop-In or $75 for 6-Week Series


Start your day with a 60-minute full-body class that blends yoga, Pilates, and athletic conditioning for mobility, flexibility, balance, and core strength.

💫 Emotive music and mindful movement guide you through a progressive series week to week.💫 Best results come from joining the full 6-week series, but drop-ins are welcome!


🌙 Yin Yoga

Thursdays at 9:00 AM

📍 Solara Studio – Ashland

💰 $15 Drop-In

Slow down, breathe deep, and unwind with this 60-minute Yin practice. Poses are held longer to gently stretch deep tissues, improve flexibility, and support mindfulness.

✨ Drop in anytime throughout summer—no series commitment required.
