I’ve been hinting that changes are coming to our T/TH class, and I’m so excited to finally share all the details with you. As many of you know, I’ve been wanting to shift our training toward a more intentional strength-based format—one that helps you get stronger, safer, and more confident over time. Below is a simple FAQ that explains exactly what the Jan–Feb session will look like, how it works, and what you can expect. You can see full class details HERE.
📅 When does the session run?
January 6 – February 27This is a 8-week session.
There are two February “breaks”:
The week I am gone → No class + not billed
The school break week → Class IS in session + billed
Some women will be in town, some traveling — both are totally normal.
💰 How much does it cost?
$245 for the full 8-week session(This equals $17.50 per class.)
This pricing already removes the week I will be gone.
📌 What if I miss a class?
There are several options:
Do the homework workout that week
Use your home/travel version
Attend MWF as a makeup (only if a spot is open that day)
No formal make-up classes, but there’s always a way to stay on track.
📲 Do we use an app now?
Yes — all programming is delivered in my app.
Inside the app you’ll find:
Your workouts (gym + home versions)
Exercise demos
Weight + rep tracking
Habit tracking
Nutrition tracking (self-guided)
Goal tracking
Challenges
Group chat for your class
Note: Nutrition tracking is available, but I’m not offering full nutrition coaching during this session.
🏋️♀️ What will classes look like?
Each month is a 4-week phase with structured, repeatable workouts.
In January:
Same Tuesday workout each week
Same Thursday workout each week
Optional homework workout
In February, you’ll get a brand-new set of workouts.
This structure helps you learn the movements, improve form, and gradually build strength.
❓ Can I join late or drop in?
No — due to the progressive structure, there are:
No drop-ins
No mid-session joiners
This keeps each group progressing safely and consistently.
👯 Can I switch to M/W/F?
Not for this session — M/W/F is full through May.However, you can attend M/W/F as a makeup if there’s space that day.
🧘 What if I can’t do certain exercises?
Everything can be modified.
I adjust for:
Knees
Shoulders
Lower back
Balance
Mobility
Equipment
Previous injuries
You will always have a safe option.
🌱 What if I prefer circuit training or don’t want to use an app?
Totally understandable.
If this format isn’t the best fit, I recommend two amazing local options:

Both are run by fantastic women, and I support them wholeheartedly.
📈 Will the workouts get harder?
Yes — in the BEST way! 😉 gradually and safely.
You’ll see progress through:
Slight increases in weight
More reps
Improved stability + form
Better confidence in the movements
There is no “crushing you” — just smart, sustainable strength training.

🌟 What if I love this format and want to continue?
Great! The next 2-month session will run March–April, and it will continue the progressive overload structure. This style of training works best when phases flow into one another, so if you enjoy the January–February block, you’ll be able to continue progressing with fresh workouts, new challenges, and movements that intentionally build on everything you’ve already mastered.
