Every workout in this class is focused on full-body training, allowing you to work on various muscle groups in each session. The program is thoughtfully designed to help you build lean muscle, burn calories, improve balance, increase mobility and improve bone health while focusing on proper weight training techniques.

Description: The EVOLVE program is an 8-month, 3 day/week small group training class designed for a total body transformation. Unlike the ongoing Circuit Training class, EVOLVE has a limited sign-up period, and participants must register before September 1 to secure their spot for all 8 months. This program follows a hypertrophy training split, with each day dedicated to working on specific muscle groups, facilitating targeted muscle development and overall body transformation.

  • Total Body Transformation: This comprehensive program strategically focuses on building lean muscle, shedding unwanted fat, and enhancing your overall body composition. You'll both SEE and FEEL the changes in your body!
